Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Policy — Buy It Baba
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return/refund procedure.
Buy It Baba may cancel an order when:
- The product becomes unavailable
- There is a significant pricing/listing error
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
- The delivery address cannot be serviced
- Required customer information cannot be verified
- Other legitimate circumstances prevent fulfillment
If Buy It Baba cancels a prepaid order, any eligible refund will be processed using an appropriate payment method.
